The fastest way to get anything moving is to call or text. You will be talking to the company, not to a call center reading from a script.
CALL OR TEXT
Orange County Fumigation is reached by phone or text at 657-608-2488, or through the form on this page. We are a mobile fumigation company serving Orange County, California, so there is no walk-in office and nothing needs to be brought to us. We travel to the property, and treatment estimates are free.
Or send it in writing
Give us the basics and we will pick it up from there.
The short version
What is the fastest way to get things moving?
Reach us on 657-608-2488 with the city the property is in and what type of building it is. Those two details are enough to tell you whether we cover it and roughly what you are looking at, before anyone visits.
Do I have to give you a street address?
Not to start. The city or area and the property type are enough for a conversation and a rough scope. An exact address is only needed once something is being scheduled, because that is what determines the notice channel for the job.
Who actually picks up?
Someone from the company. This is a second-generation family business, not a franchise with a dispatch layer bolted on, so the person you speak to is the person accountable for the work rather than a stranger filling in a ticket.

Our email address is being finalized. Until it is live, the form below reaches the same place and nothing sent through it gets lost.
Best for
Sending documents, reports, or anything that needs a written record. Use the form for now.
If you reach out and we are on a job, leave a message or send a text with the city and the property type. [AFTER-HOURS HANDLING – PLACEHOLDER] You will not have to explain the whole thing twice.
Can I come to your office?
No, and there is nothing to come to. We are a mobile fumigation company, so the crew, the equipment and the work all travel to your property. There is no counter, no showroom and no public address, because none of those would do anything for you.
In practice that works in your favour. Nothing has to be brought to us, nothing has to be dropped off, and you do not need to take a morning off to go somewhere and describe a problem that is easier to look at in person. Where we work is set out in full on our service areas page.

What happens after you send it
- Someone from the company reads it. It does not go into a queue to be scored and sorted.
- We come back to you on whichever channel you used, unless you have told us otherwise.
- We confirm we cover the property and talk through what you are describing.
- If a visit makes sense, we book one. If it does not, we will say so and tell you why.

What to have ready
The city the property is in
Enough for us to confirm coverage on the spot. The exact address only matters later, when something is being scheduled.
What kind of building it is
House, condo, apartment building, commercial or mixed-use. This changes the scope more than almost anything else you can tell us.
What you are actually seeing
Plain words are better than technical ones. Where it is, roughly when you noticed it, and whether it seems to be spreading.
Whether anyone has looked at it
If an inspection has already happened, having the report to hand saves a lot of guessing, whoever produced it.
Whether a deadline is driving this
A sale, a refinance, a lender request or a move-in date changes the order things need to happen in. Say so early.
Your relationship to the property
Owner, agent, tenant or managing on someone else’s behalf. It decides who can authorize what, which comes up sooner than you would think.
If you have none of it to hand, call anyway. We will work it out together.
Who to contact for what
Not sure what you need
Start with the question of which service the problem actually points to.
A sale or refinance
Working to a closing date, or someone has asked you for a report or a clearance.
Managing residential units
Apartments, HOAs and buildings where tenants have to be notified and coordinated.
A business or commercial building
Written scope, competitive bids, insurance documents and scheduling around trading hours.

Contact FAQ
Reachability questions, answered plainly.
Do you answer texts, or should I call?
Both work and they go to the same number. Calling is better when the situation needs explaining or you want an answer in the moment. Texting is better when you cannot talk, when you want to send a photo of what you are looking at, or when you just need to get the ball rolling and would rather not sit on a call to do it.
What if I get in touch and nobody picks up?
Then we are almost certainly on a job, which is where a fumigation company should be. Leave a message or send a text with the city and the property type and it comes back to us with the context attached, so you will not be starting from scratch when we speak. [AFTER-HOURS HANDLING – PLACEHOLDER]
Is the estimate really free, or is there a catch?
Treatment estimates are free, with no obligation and no charge for us coming out to price the work. A diagnostic termite inspection is a different thing and it is a paid service, priced per property, because it is diagnostic work that produces a report you keep whatever you decide to do next. The fee is a separate charge rather than a deposit, so it is worth knowing which of the two you are asking for. Both are set out on the inspection page.
What happens after I submit the form?
It reaches a person at the company rather than a scoring system, and we come back to you on whichever channel you used. The first conversation is about confirming we cover the property and understanding what you are describing, not about booking you into something. If a visit makes sense we will arrange one, and if it does not we will tell you that instead.
Do you serve my area?
We cover all of Orange County plus neighboring parts of Los Angeles and Riverside counties, and the full picture is on our service areas page. If your city is not named there it is still worth asking, because the edge of a service area is not a hard line on a map. You will get a straight answer on the call either way, including a plain no if the property sits past where we can do the work properly.
Can I get someone out urgently?
Tell us the situation and we will be straight with you about what is possible. What we will not do is promise a date on a web page that we would then have to break, because treatment scheduling depends on the property and on the notice that has to go to the county office covering it. Estimates move faster than treatments, so the honest answer is that getting someone out to look is usually quicker than getting a structure treated.
Call or text. That is the whole process.
Tell us the city and what you are seeing. We will confirm we cover it, book a free estimate, and give you a straight answer about what the property actually needs.
