Quick answers

The first things people ask about our coverage

01

Do you have an office I can visit?

No. We are a mobile fumigation company, so there is no walk-in location and no counter to come to. Every job starts with us traveling to the property, which is why our coverage is described by area rather than by an address.

02

Do you work outside Orange County?

Yes. Alongside all of Orange County we regularly work in Long Beach, Corona, Riverside and the Los Angeles area. Those are real drive areas, not a wish list, and we will tell you plainly on the phone if a property sits past what we can service well.

03

Which cities have their own page?

Ten Orange County cities have a dedicated page covering the housing stock and the local conditions that change a fumigation there. Our coverage is much wider than those ten, so the absence of a page does not mean the absence of service.

How coverage works

A mobile company, not a storefront

To confirm coverage, call or text 657-608-2488 with the city and property type. We will tell you plainly whether we cover it, and if the answer is no you will hear that on the same call rather than after an inspection.

What a service-area company means for you

  • We travel to the property. Nothing has to be brought to us.
  • No street address needed to get a quote. City and property type is enough to start.
  • Estimates are free and scheduled directly with you.
  • Your treatment date is confirmed per job once we have the address, because the county notice channel differs by area.
  • Everyone and every pet leaves the structure for the full treatment. There is no version of this where anyone stays.
  • Re-entry happens only after clearance is posted. Never by the clock, the smell, or the crew packing up.
County coverage

Orange County

Orange County is not one fumigation market. Western drywood termite pressure runs materially higher in the coastal band than it does inland, and the housing stock swings from pre-1940 wood frame in the older cores to master-planned tracts built after 2000. Those two variables, pressure and stock, decide how often a structure needs tenting and how it gets tarped. The ten cities below have their own page for exactly that reason.
01

Santa Ana

Dense mid-century tract housing where narrow side yards constrain tarp rigging, so neighbor coordination is a scheduling reality rather than a courtesy.

Santa Ana fumigation →
02

Anaheim

The county’s largest city and its widest housing age range, with pre-1940 wood frame sitting a few streets from postwar tract, so the right treatment varies block to block.

Anaheim fumigation →
03

Yorba Linda

North county hillside lots with generous setbacks that make tarping straightforward, on properties where a clean Section 1 clearance carries a high escrow stake.

Yorba Linda fumigation →
04

Garden Grove

Original 1950s and 1960s wood frame at high density, with mature trees over the rooflines that have to be worked around before a structure can be sealed.

Garden Grove fumigation →
05

Irvine

Master-planned and HOA dense, so an approval and notification step comes before a tent goes up, and high transaction volume puts escrow clearance ahead of emergency infestation.

Irvine fumigation →
06

Huntington Beach

Coastal older stock in the highest drywood pressure band in the region, where tile and wood shake roofs change how a structure gets tarped and sealed.

Huntington Beach fumigation →
07

Fountain Valley

Mid-century tract sitting just inland of the coastal band, close enough to carry real drywood pressure on original framing at tight lot spacing.

Fountain Valley fumigation →
08

Tustin

An older core with original trim and eaves alongside newer build, and some parcels in designated historic districts where access and repair of findings need planning.

Tustin fumigation →
09

Orange

Old Towne pre-1940 wood frame with the original trim, eaves and framing that drywood termites favor, which is why Section 1 finding rates here run high.

Orange fumigation →
10

Brea

North county larger lots with mixed 1970s to 1990s stock, where hillside access is the practical planning question rather than lot width.

Brea fumigation →

The same warranty in every area

Our fumigation work carries a flat 2-year retreatment warranty, and it does not shrink because a property sits further from us. It covers all of our fumigation work including bed bug fumigation. It does not cover inspection, and it does not cover localized or spot treatment. The scope is written into your quote so there is nothing to interpret later.

Questions

Service area FAQ

The coverage questions we get asked most, answered plainly.

We serve every city in Orange County, plus Long Beach, Corona, Riverside and the Los Angeles area. Ten Orange County cities have their own page on this site, but that is a reflection of where we have written the most detail, not the limit of our coverage. If your city is not listed anywhere on this page, call or text 657-608-2488 with the city and property type and we will confirm it on the call.

It is still worth calling. The edges of a service area are not a hard line on a map, and whether we can take a job just past our named areas depends on the property and the schedule rather than on the mileage alone. What we will not do is string you along. If a property sits past where we can do the work properly, you will hear that on the first call rather than after an inspection.

We do not publish a travel fee, and we are not going to quote you one here that we would then have to defend. Your estimate is free wherever the property is, and the written quote you receive covers the job at that address, so you can compare it directly against any other quote. If you want to know whether distance affects your number, ask when you call and you will get a straight answer before you book anything.

Estimates are usually scheduled quickly and we will give you a real date on the call rather than a vague window. The treatment date is a separate question, because notice has to go to the county agricultural commissioner office covering your property before a structure can be tented, and Orange, Los Angeles and Riverside counties each run their own. That is why we confirm the treatment date per job once we know the address instead of promising a lead time we cannot hold.

Yes. Apartments, condo and HOA buildings, offices, retail, restaurants and mixed-use structures are covered across the same footprint as single-family homes, with the same standards and the same warranty on fumigation work. What changes is the coordination around them rather than the coverage. Residential multi-unit work with tenant notification is handled on our property management page, and business and commercial buildings are handled on our commercial page.
